A fellow 16-year-old Pokémon enthusiast, as well as Professor Oak's grandson, Blue Oak is Red's ultimate rival ever since they were children. They used to be best friends, but they were eventually torn apart, leading to Blue bullying Red. He is very arrogant and cocky about his abilities to outshine other people, and pretty much a total jerk.

His voice should be medium-pitched and arrogant.
