Frankie is the second-in-command of the Pianta Syndicate, and the to-be husband of the Don's daughter, Francesca. For a mobster, he's very passive. He is very loyal to the Don, and he also tends to go along with whatever Francesca wants.
Frankie should have the typical Italian American mobster accent. He's very young and inexperienced in comparison to the Don, so he should sound notably younger and more medium in pitch.

This role will have a bit of focus in the beginning of Chapter 3, then again near the end of Chapter 5, then one last time in the beginning of Chapter 6.
