RedRageKnight for Bud
Bud is a stoner. He's Zeff's roommate and a fairly good one. He's a senior in highschool, and a fairly non serious guy.
With Zeff's infection leading him to see things that others can't, it oftentimes looks like he's just talking to himself or doing things for no reason. Bud has been going a long with a lot of Zeff's antics just because he finds them a little fun.
Bud is a minor character and doesn't show up too often and is usually there for comedic effect.

Oh shoot, hey dude. Uh, sorry about the smoke. You weren't picking up my calls so I thought you weren't coming home.
Zeff, I'm gonna do ya honest dude, I'm getting worried about you. You keep acting like you're seeing monsters. You're not on hard stuff, are you?
