Wishcus is a Dremora who was bound to the mortal plane of Nirn via a Conjurer. The Conjurer, however, met an untimely demise at the hands of a pack of wolves, whom Wishcus destroys. Now, masterless and bound, Wishcus wanders the battle site in hopes of meeting a passing mortal. The Player just so happens to pass by and Wishcus offers a bargain: Speak the phrase that'll set him free and he'll gift the Player his weapon. Or the Player could just kill him, in which case he'll be freed as well, but will return to the Waters of Oblivion, a fate many Lesser Daedra fear.
