Henry Hedgehog is the frazzled, wide-eyed manager of Quillsadillas. Constantly overwhelmed and juggling more than he can handle, Henry is desperate for employees—so desperate, in fact, that he's willing to give just about anyone a chance, even if they come with a reputation for chaos. While he may be jittery, nervous, and prone to nervous muttering, Henry tries his best to keep things running smoothly, even when things spiral out of control.

(brisk, friendly-but-frazzled) “Alright, you two will split duties—register, grill, and dining area. If a customer’s talking, you’re listening; if the line’s growing, you’re moving. Oh—and the ice cream machine is broken, so if anyone asks? Offer a churro and a smile.”
(stepping out of office) “Hey hey, just checking in to see how you’re settlin’ in and—OH MY GOD.” (screams as Charlie tackles him to the ground) “WHY IS THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ALIIIVE?!
