Meet Vile!

Despite having unusual qualities for a villain–being sensitive, passionate, and a little dim–Vile’s determination has made him the unofficial leader of the Notorious Network’s lowest performing branch. This title creates tension between Vile and certain colleagues, and leaves him to blame when something inevitably goes wrong. Luckily, his infallible passion for creating change and making a name for himself helps him keep his head high in the corrupt world he lives. 

• Vile's voice and delivery are pretty casual/layed back.
• He's the most grounded/down to Earth character. 
• He gets much more expressive and emotional when it's called for.
