Bio: Carmine Falcone is Gotham’s oldest and most notorious crime boss and has people all over the city under his thumb. He considers himself to be a family friend of the Wayne Family after Thomas Wayne saved his life after a fatal gunshot that would’ve killed Falcone if not for Thomas’ medical expertise. As such Falcone felt he owed the Waynes and so they were left alone by Falcone and his gang. Years went on and Carmine would continue to build his empire through corruption and fear adopting the name The Roman. Falcone, while a corrupt man is not above reason and believes himself to be Gotham’s true savior adopting the philosophy that the ends justify the means and similar to others believes that the city’s current mayor, Oswald Cobblepot is the one responsible. As such a massive gang war has erupted in the wake of the Riddler’s defeat as both The Roman and The Penguin attempt to fight for control of Gotham. But Falcone has made a deal with an unlikely partner in hopes of getting closer to his goal of getting rid of Penguin and gaining full control over the city once more.
