Cobalt sure loves dreams, and she's a sweet lil' lass with dreams of pure sweetness! She's kinda like Shiro, but she is more spunky than Shiro. She also likes rice, too. Kinda reminds you of a certain someone, doesn't it? She's also a protector of dreams, as well. She'll try her darn best to make sure all the dreams are sweet and not terrifying!
