NCR Troopers are the backbone of the NCR Military. Full of volunteers and conscripted soldiers, the Troopers are the first in, last out, boots on the ground, in the knitty and gritty force that the Mojave needs to stabilize it.

This NCR Trooper is the last Technician of Camp Forlorn Hope. All the others, having been female, were transferred away due to the threat of Camp Forlorn Hope being overrun by Legion. He is busy trying to fix some faulty wiring in the camp's communications relay.
