A bird and pilot, considered Fox’s wingman. Talks with a sort of New Yorker wize guy accent. Despite his name, he’s a pheasant, not a falcon. Cocky, aggressive, arrogant.

Not a bad take on Falco. could use a bit of work on the accent but it does sound good.
