Claude is a stilt walker at Muddles' Madhouse. He and his friend Claude don’t like Stewie and bully him because they despise that he's Muddles' favourite (even though Muddles' has never said this out loud, it is pretty much known around the circus.)

Claude's personality is jestful, impolite, naive and skittish. He normally does not question Manny's actions very often, but when he thinks things have gone too far, he won't stop him, but will voice his concern.
