James for Kofu
Kofu is one of the Gym Leaders of Paldea, specializing in Water-types. He lives in Cascarrafa and runs its Gym, as well as working as a chef. He specializes in preparing and serving seafood, and one of his fellow Gym Leaders, Katy, is one of his former culinary students. Kafu is an excitable, honest, and jovial older man who's just pleased at any chance to prepare a meal or battle a challenger.
