Good read! I made a typo in "Eagles" - just fixed that but props to catching that.If I had a note, I'd say the first line can be a bit colder, like you've been doing this job and making little money for so long there's a "Don't tell me your problems" feeling behind it, though you're still trying to be accommodating for customers you like.
