Kino Dorothy got tossed around a lot as a kid, always being betted on how much he’d cost for families as he grew up as an orphan and always unwanted by families due to his powers being considered as a "threat" (Hynopsis). He ended up being raised by a woman who owned a sorority and had a high reputation, making him grow privileged and eventually a little full of himself at the current age of 17.
