Character Description- The daughter of Japan’s prime minister, Kazumi sports both an unrelenting air of arrogance and a wide smile at all times. Owing to her father’s position and her own merit, she fully believes herself to be the single most promising student in not just the Elite program, but in all of Japan - a belief bolstered by the feelings of resentment, indignation and even fear others hold against her. Her smile, seemingly never leaving her face, is a consequence of her seeing everything around her as a game - an attitude inborn from her burying her actual feelings. Kazumi hides away feelings of sadness or fear, worrying that they could be used against her and sabotage her ascent to the top. Kazumi’s fully aware of her brashness, but for the sake of her own success, she’s willing to wave both the concerns of others and herself away. 

Voice Description- Medium to high pitch female. Kazumi’s voice is rather soft and ghost-like with very particular articulation. You should be able to hear her smile in all of her lines. (17 years old)
