A gruff man, born and raised in the ghetto. He's late 30's early 40's. He is of African American decent and often picks on his nephew Draco for picking up his father's "chronically pale white skin" and often affectionately refers to him as whitey.
Warning, he tends to curse and use less modernly exceptional phrases and words. He is written this way for a reason.

(stressed) are you genuinely stupid nephew? Do I need to take you to the doc and get you the retard test, cause if I do... I will.
That last line is perfect, absolutely love it 😂, but when you're angry. You need to be angry. Your nephew just brought a random girl in your house, unannounced. And you live in the part of city where anyone can rob you at any time. This isn't someone ate all the Oreos mad, this is YOU KICKED MY DOG, kinda mad. Id love to hear another take with these changes if you're able!
