Nerd for Noxxus
A very twisted individual, or perhaps, a group of people that go by the name, Noxxus.
Noxxus keeps their identity well-hidden, almost to the point that they made themselves to be a Ghost. Noxxus is a very dangerous entity. Good at manipulation and being unpredictable, their purpose is to destroy other individuals, organizations, and even groups from within.

(Suddenly shifting tone, unpredictable) "It’s funny, isn’t it? How one decision can spiral into chaos. One moment, I’m letting you go. The next? I’m wondering how loud you’ll scream."
(chuckling) "Oh, I think I am." (pauses, voice dropping to a whisper) "See, while you’ve been pacing around, wasting my time, your partner? She’s outside. Alone. And I’m guessing she doesn’t know how to spot a trap."
(sighing, shaking their head slightly) "Trust is such a fragile thing, isn’t it? So easily given… and so easily broken." (pauses, letting the silence hang for a moment) "Tell me, did they trust you? Or did they trust what they needed you to be?"
