Creawell: An Original Storyboard Series

Lancaster Albridge is the self-proclaimed "Crime-lord" of Creawell, being the heart of all the destruction and distress that is caused in the city. However, he is incredibly intelligent, and well spoken, however, extremely chaotic. He's ruthless, and won't hesitate doing the most baffling things. He can easily manipulate and guilt trip anyone he pleases, and stands as the main antagonist of the series.
For Lancaster, I imagine him sounding very smooth and well spoken. An English accent would be ideal. The way he speaks is almost therapeutic, and extremely attractive, even with his chaotic manner. However, he needs to also sound creepy and menacing. He's basically a genderbent version of Lady Dimitrescu.
(Introducing) "My dear... what do we have here? Don't be frightened. I am Lancaster. You may or may not have heard of me. Now... let me think. What would be the best way to kill you? Any suggestions?"
(Menacing) "You forget that I basically control all of Creawell? Your ignorance simply baffles me. I never bothered you at first, so why come after me when I have done nothing to you? It's interesting, to say the least. Your god-complex really takes over the best of you, doesn't it? (Laughs) Pathetic."
(Threatening) "Think about it! You are merely playing a part in the ever-growing corruption of America! YOU are the problem here, dear. I am just simply viewing from afar, watching your damned government add fuel to the fire."
