GHOUL ROLE
This Convict resides at the NCRCF. An "escapee" from the prison, he remained behind in the hopes that the NCR would return and take over the prison. A former Canadian NCR Trooper, he sold out his squad and got them captured by mobsters at New Reno for ransom but was caught and imprisoned for his misdeeds. He is very regretful for what happened, and hopes to repent for his crimes.
He carries the unique 9mm pistol, "Canadian's Fury".
