Goku has a lot of depth in GT. Trapped inside a kid's body, he revels in the challenge of his body's newfound limitations. But he still knows when to have fun and when to get serious. Goku is a silly dork, but one who loves his family. This role will see a lot of soft and tender voice work with his granddaughter, silly laughing, chuckling, and goofy antics, as well as loud screaming and yelling with his battles. Must be able to record yells with minimal peaking and echoing. This role is for more than just one episode and will lead to further work as we write more episodes and specials. If you land this role, expect frequent recordings and re-recordings as you are the sole focus of this show and will have the most lines (and the most yelling) by far. As this role is being recast, episode 1 lines will need to be recorded and replaced as well.

I like this audition a lot! You have a lot of confidence in this voice which is not an easy one to do. I like the sound and style of it, but I'd probably need to hear more yells to make sure you can do the big ones required of Goku. Thanks for the audition!

    Thank you for the comment! Funny enough, it's not too dissimilar from my speaking voice. (That's probably the reason behind why I'm cast most often as boys and tomboys)On that last note, would you like me to submit a seperate audition with just some battle yells and power up yells?
