THIS IS NO LONGER A PAID ROLE!!! Due to the large volume of submissions I have received, only auditions that have EXPLICITLY stated willingness to work for free, either in the comments or in a direct message to me will be considered for the role. (If you have already messaged me, adding a comment to your audition reminding me of such will not hurt. If your audition already has a comment saying you will work for free, please do not message me just to tell me the same thing.)

IN MY HEAD: This section was deliberately left blank. I don't recommend putting on a voice unless you are willing to keep that voice on all day.

  • Alek was sitting on his bed cleaning his sword, the ragged cloth gliding silently over a blade polished to perfection. (Calm)

  • An elbow to the gut and Gwenevere broke free. She ran until she saw the ground ahead catch fire. (Frantic)

I am willing to work for free, forgot to mention that in the recording, sorry!

Also, it's a good thing you didn't mention it in the recording. The recording should only be your voice, as there is a very good chance I will only listen to the first couple of words before moving on. (Okay, I listen to every second everyone sends me at least three or four times over, but a REAL director wouldn't.) Also, most directors can read faster than they can listen anyway.

Is my imagination playing tricks on me, or does this take have more hiss than your audition for Gwenevere? Meh, hiss can be fixed in post, but this is pretty good. How will I ever choose a narrator! You're all so good! Why can't only one of you be good!? Actually, it's you I feel sorry for. Being female, you had to audition for the two most competitive positions to get, while many of the male roles I'm getting desperate for anyone to fill.
