What would you do if you looked out of your window in the morning and found a person sitting there?
Go mad, that's what. This person is reasonable, however they press and question the 'Ledge Man' as to why they are there.

First line - just seen this person. - Fathoming what's going on.
Second line - legitimately curious etc.
Third line - person trails off talking about giraffes. - Interrupts them etc.
