Voldemort's last line of defense. This dastardly android was rebuilt by Voldemort to guard his castle from intruders and to punish anyone in Toad Town who dares to resist him. The Cybernetic Crooner takes great pride in himself, believing to be the most perfect being.
Personality:
Practically perfect in every way, or so he thinks. Cell is a smug, prideful, and cunning android with a lust for battle and a laid-back disposition. Cell has a giant ego due to his status as being "perfect". He is also a gifted singer with a love for swing, jazz and classic pop.
Voice direction:
Perfect Cell has a deep, smooth, and high class voice that is also capable of singing. Feel free to use any of his canon voices as a reference.
