Aroha Miromiro is a 13 year old Maori girl.   stuck in a orphanage she never got to meet her parents. 

unknown to everyone around, her twin sister Crystal Miromiro who died at birth has been helping her as a ghost.
Aroha has genetic heart disease meaning even a little bit of pressure put of her heart will cause a heart attack.
one afternoon after walking back to the orphanage falls into a interdimensonal rift that reacted to her twin sister presence. in there she meets Inferno Nightshade who guides her around the realms trying to get her back home.

Sorry about how loud the scream was...The character's description attracted me because I can relate to her considering I have an actual heart disease. The only differences between me and her are our ages because I'm 14 and also I got to meet my parents. XD
