Echo is the protagonist AND narrator of this story. They will have the most amount of lines, as the story is from their perspective, and they tend to go on long drawn out paragraphs about the situation. You have to be willing and able to narrate to play this role. This is also the only role where matching the character's identity is required to be considered. This is a very important part of the character that is brought up multiple times. As for the character themself, Echo is often introverted and tired, but more than willing to act sassy when called for. They're highly emotional, they used to be more so in their childhood, which results in paranoia and fear. Though they mostly try to remain quiet in social situations.

My freshman year of Highschool, I was insistently vegan. Like, to the point of being really annoying. I watched a Netflix documentary about the mistreatment of pigs on those massive industrialist farms, stuck in tiny little cages with barely enough room to sit down. It sent me into some sort of frenzy, I was crying for almost a week. My mom couldn’t get me to stop. Every time we ate- if there was something I so much as thought was meat on my plate- I’d just start sobbing uncontrollably, no matter how much my mom reassured me it wasn’t.
Oh i forgot to mention i am non binary and transmasc and my voice is androgynous!
