Wastelanders are the general inhabitants of the Mojave Wasteland. They perform a variety of roles, from merchants and caravan guards to scavengers and scientists. Generally local, they have a certain distaste for the invading armies from the NCR and Legion.

This Wastelander is a scientist who has found a stockpile of radioactive barrels. Ecstatic that he can continue his experiments on radiation, he soon realizes he has a leak in his radiation suit, and soon dies to exposure.
