Listen. I worked as 911 operator for five years before I landed this job. And I’ve seen people do a lot of extreme, irrational shit in the heat of the moment- so this isn’t unexpected, but that doesn’t mean I like it. That frustration that you’re acting on right now? That’s the grief speaking. You can let it in and you can even let it stay - just for a bit - but you cannot let it take over. You just gotta process it. I’m not letting you back out there unless you’ve collected yourself. I’m gonna trust you on this one, but I need to know I can rely on you as well.
