Paper Mario N64: The Call of the Stars (ROUND 1 - MAIN CAST)

The leader of the star spirits. He is wise, elderly, and benevolent. Mario rescues him from the Koopa Bros. Fortress.
I am looking for a low to medium-low voice that has an aged tone. He should not speak too fast, but not sluggish. A pace of wisdom, if you will. His age should be appropriately reflected in both his vocals and his character. If you believe a British accent will aid you in fleshing out his character, you are welcome to do so, but his accent is default American.

[ELDSTAR is talking with the other star spirits, encouraging them to help MARIO.] “Now… Our fates are in Mario's hands. We must try to revive him. Gather round, everyone. Send Mario your power!”
[After MARIO makes his way to Shooting Star Summit, ELDSTAR greets him and introduces himself.] “Welcome Mario... We've been waiting for you. We're the 7 Star Spirits. Our job is to grant the wishes of good people from our home in Star Haven, a place high beyond the sky.”
[ELDSTAR notices TWINK uses what little power he has to aid the fight.] “Twink!? What a surprise!! I feel... The wishes of Princess Peach and all of the Mushroom Kingdom are giving us power!”
