I'll explain more about this character to the voice actor. Part of the point of the Visual Novel is figuring out who this guy is, so I won't be giving many spoilers about him publicly. However, I have made a shadow version of his character sprite as a preview.
Basics
Age: ??? (In the billions, later revealed)
Stellar-type: ???
Hair: ???, Short, spikey, with two small braids in the front.
Eyes: ???
Character Info
He is a very cruel Stellar, known for torturing and killing many humans in the past. Though he makes other people work for him, he could easily do the job himself if he wanted. He's a little bit of a sore loser, and will stoop down to the lowest of the low to get what he wants, no matter the cost. The reason he does these things are unknown, but Neil is only one of many humans that he's targeted in the past. Unlike the rest of the humans though, he realize Neil is a lot harder to kill than the others. This of course, really pisses him off.
(To Antares) "You do not demand answers from me. He needs to die. Question me again and I'll make sure your short, pathetic life ends quicker than it should."
(Angry) "Damn, you sure are stubborn. How many years has it been? Yet you still haven't given me one hint. No matter what I do to you, you just keep your mouth shut. I'll get you to speak one day. The only reason I'm keeping you alive is because you have the information I need."
(I will not put a line here, instead, I'd like to hear what kind of evil laughter you can pull off. Not looking for a stereotypical "Mwahahaha" for an evil laugh.)
