Power-hungry, cunning, and opportunistic, but somewhat lacking in the courage department, Terrorsaur never misses a chance to improve his standing within the Phobicons. Like Starscream, he plays both equal parts conniving schemer (stating that he strikes the most fear into humans to Starscream) and hapless shmuck, and often finds himself on the short end of the stick when things go wrong.

As his name implies, Terrorsaur transforms into a red pterodactyl, and like the other Phobicons, has to transform into this organic form to prevent from shorting out due to Earth's major Energon radiation.

Terrorsaur's voice needs to sound similar to Doug Parker's interpretation from Beast Wars. Refer to the Beast Wars episode entitled Power Surge to get a clearer understanding for how he should sound.
