Carlotta is 12. She acts violent and bratty; this persona is just a cover for her sensitive and innocent nature. Carlotta lives with her mother, who unfortunately doesn't pay attention to her.
Voice Description
Carlotta speaks in a bold and somewhat pouty manner. She has a high-pitched voice. A general American accent will work for her.
