Sonam for Escaped Convict # 4
Escaped Convicts are Powder Gangers that broke off from the main gang at the NCRCF. Having escaped prison, they are on the lam and have taken up residence in Primm after killing most of the townsfolk. They are currently in a standoff with nearby NCR forces at the time of the Player's arrival.
This Escaped Convict is discussing with another on what to do with the remaining townsfolk who have barricaded themselves within the local casino.
