Josharchy for Escaped Convict # 2
Escaped Convicts are Powder Gangers that broke off from the main gang at the NCRCF. Having escaped prison, they are on the lam and have taken up residence in Primm after killing most of the townsfolk. They are currently in a standoff with nearby NCR forces at the time of the Player's arrival.
This Escaped Convict is talking with another about what to do with the Deputy they captured. If the Player gets too close during the conversation, they will attack.

That seems kinda overkill, don't you think? He's the only reason the NCR hasn't stormed this place yet, I think.
