Role assigned to: Paul Warren

A slaver. He negotiates the price of slaves.

Voice should be Baritone. medium to low. Should sound condescending.

Accent: North American accent. Can't be British or Southern accent.

I'd like him to sound a bit crass and brash but not like a Dragon Ball Z villain.

Character bio is here:

650 words

Price: $20 paid on audition. Full script sent after audition is chosen.

  • I see you bear the Mark of Caesar! Cursor Lucullus awaits you at the docks!

(Casear = Kai (like sky) Zahr (like bizarre)

    (Lucullus = Loo-kuh-liss)

No, no, no - they haven't yet earned the right to be called "slaves"! Those three in the pen are captures, nothing more.

A fair price. Always best to have caps on hand in case traders stop by.

(scoffing} This isn't the total we agreed upon. Don't waste my time, wastelander.

Here, this is the key to their collars. You'll want to take those off before you go far, trust me.

Mic quality is clear. The voice seems to be a match. Acting seems to work....but something is missing...I need him to sound like a bouncer...someone guarding something...if that makes sense. He needs to have a certain menacing way of speaking. I want him to sound dangerous but not like a criminal...just someone you don't want to mess with. But on the flipside, I don't want him to sound like a typical Dragonball Z villain or a Batman thug that gets punched out. He's smart...but not a bookworm. He's street-smart. All with a North-American accent. He needs to sound arrogant, condescending, menacing. But not stupid. And not cunning or shifty. He's a guardian....

Hmm. I'll see if I can get most of those down. I'll be submitting a new audition later today, as I'll be leaving for work soon.
