Minor role. Known for his desire to defeat Sonic and take over the world multiple times, Dr. Ivo Robotnik would surprisingly not be one of the main villains this time. Despite his egotistical and self-proclaimed genius nature, Eggman would go into hiding for quite some time, leaving Sonic and the rest of Mobius free from his tyranny since "The War to take back the Planet". However, he wouldn't be hiding because he was forming a new plan, but rather... Out of fear? Strange, even for the infamous Eggman. Although, ever since his first encounter with Zirakos, he hasn't stepped out of his lab for months, though his Badniks would still roam about. It's only a matter of if and when he'll finally get out and do something...
Notes:
- Voice claim is Mike Pollock (of course)
- There will be moments where he does have to yell but, for the most part, he's strangely more quiet considering he has to keep it on the down low.

(Irritated) "Shadow?? I expected to see a blue rodent at my front door, but you're not any better... Just what in the world are you doing here!?"
(Explaining, Paranoid) "I know what you're thinking, "Eggman, why aren't you out there doing your dastardly deeds as usual?" Well. I prefer to keep my head attached to my body rather than encounter HIM again. Does that answer your question?"
(Fed up) "Alright. You all wasted enough of my time already. GET. OUT!!!"
