Description:

Croe Rampton is a knowledgeable Wizard with aspirations to become a great arcmage. Despite his aspirations, his studies at the academy are halted by more mundane roadblocks; lack of funding. He is not well off money wise and has a lot of fees he needs to pay.

He’s currently a (part-time) teacher while also juggling studying to complete his Masters. He’s been through lots of struggle, (Poverty and Lack of success/prestige in Career). And he’s generally unhappy with his job as a part time cook (I’m supposed to be an Arcmage, what am I doing in the kitchen!?). Though,When you actually talk with him, he has a lot of aspirations.

When you go into Croe’s route, you see his wish for a more exciting life. But you see him stop himself when he suggests anything big about him. He is dismissive of him getting far/actually becoming a great wizard. At first you see a struggling wizard, who may seem careless or doesn’t take things seriously, but when you meet him, he’s a rich, genuine character with the goal of wanting to help others, a very noble goal.

His route is about managing expectations and rekindling the spark of why he became a Wizard in the first place: To help simple folk (not be famous).
