A parody of Calvin "Freckle" McMurray, he is a nervous but crazed dog who is prone to sudden outbursts of rage, especially when a baked good is in his hands. He also has an appetite for various chocolate bars and pastries. Louis has a medium-high pitch and his voice is reminiscent of Belsheber Rusape's Freckle from the Lackadaisy pilot.
