As a seasoned Script writer with several dozens down, I will be giving you the tip to make it like an excel sheet, with a 4 column layout, with the first being "Character", the second being "Line", the third "Tone" and the fourth "notes". This way is super organized and looks very clean, and no VA I ever worked with had troubles reading this format at first glance. :)
