As a foster child, Matt Baron developed the need to control his world. As he grew up, Matt's need developed into a desire to fight and control crime. Along the way, he partnered up with a like minded man named Farkly, and together formed a formidable partnership to solve the toughest cases and crack the hardest crooks.
But after Cambia's uprising, Matt found himself out of his own control. Being exposed by Cambia, he became an unwilling servant to evil.
After being saved by Mallissa, Matt has to dig himself out of his own self doubt and pity to regain some aspect of composure. His only hope is Mallissa's kindness and words of guidence.
(Matt interrogating Mallissa, but not letting her know that) This isn't an interrogation, but you need to be truthful with us. Don't let Cambia's actions drag you down with him.
(Evil) You're sloppy. You can't be trusted with this task. Look, you should have killed the others, they're loose strings.
