The man of steel. Nearing middle age, so he should sound like and older man.

I would love a George Newburn, Tim Daly type.

Of course, you are welcome to put your own spin on it, if it fits the character.

Please don't forget to watch the motion comic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TG6n9-Hx6GY

In this particular scene, he is fairly open with his annoyance and feelings of betrayal. Don't be afraid to try the lines 2 or 3 times.

This is just after events of Justice League Doom. In the comics, Batman has a plan to take down every Leaguer, past and present. Ras Al Gul, finds these plans and uses them to try to kill the entire Justice League. After everything is said and done, Batman heads back to the Batcave and Superman follows. Batman knew he would, of course.

  • (Superman to Batman, realizing it was part of Batmans plan all along) You knew... You knew the League would vote you out.

  • (mildly annoyed) I'm *not* here to talk to Batman. I'm here to talk to *Bruce Wayne*. Take that damned mask off or I'll take it off for you.

  • (Amused by Batmans lack of guilt) Heh, amazing... So let me ask you this...What's your contingency plan for yourself? What's the plan to take down Batman?

Hey thanks for the audition. They all sounded great (thanks also for doing all the lines shown in the video). My direction for the first two lines would be to try a version where Superman is stating things as a matter of fact, rather than making it sound like Superman was surprised. Secondly, at least for me (given my love for the animated series and video games), Ra's in Ra's Al Ghul is pronounced with sh. Just a personal preference of mine haha. With the "I'm not here to talk to Batman/ take that mask off" I would ask a version with a bit more authority and make it sound more deliberate (to slow down the line reading). Thanks again.
