Frissa/Frolf Black-Briar (name will adapt for chosen VA) is Ingun Black-Briar's aunt/uncle, who came to Riften to help her with alchemy and set up the main 'job' in the story. They have a 'posh' tone and expansive vocabulary, but unlike their irritable and 'high-and-mighty' sister: Maven Black-Briar, they aren't directly rude to the player, and attempt to be a bit more personable. They are also oddly comfortable with unsavoury alchemy experiments, similar to Ingun.

We paid a courier to spread the word, and we did get a couple to sign with us within the first few hours, but afterwards.. (They hand the player the pamphlet.) Regardless, here. (smugly) I am Ingun’s aunt/uncle. I’m not particularly close to Maven, but I heard that we have a little alchemical prodigy here- runs in the family. Thought I’d visit and oversee her progress.
