Shopkeeper Satan is one of three Satans remaining after the Great Godly/Satanic War. He operates the economy of the underworld. Largely, he travels to various planets within the Velociraptor and sells various trinkets and food items to unassuming passerby. He should sound carefree, bubbly and charming, if a bit aged. It should be a voice that's comedically juxtaposed of the context that usually surrounds Satan. I almost feel like a light Russian accent may also suit the character, though such is not required.
