Eliza’s closest friend. He is like a brother to the heiress, though at one point when they were children he did have an innocent interest in her. Atticus is extremely protective and tries to keep Eliza out of trouble or harm wherever he can; even if he does not think through his actions and their consequences, he tries to do what he thinks is best for her.

[Any pitch; possibly Medium or High]

[Charming, jokester, genuine, sweet, protective]

[Caucasian]

*Edit: I picture his voice similar to Liam Hemsworth's (with or without Liam's accent, both are suitable).

  • Introduce yourself!

  • (concerned, coaxing, but gentle) You can tell me anything, Liz. You know that. I can see that you’re in pain, so please, let me help you. Just tell me what's hurting, and I'll get rid of it.

(concerned, shocked) Your majesty, your daughter... Something is quite wrong. I believe a witch may have placed a hex on her mind. She is not acting herself, and I'm afraid we may lose her if we do not act quickly.

  • (somber) If you wish me gone, I must go. I will leave you be, and you may never see me again. I am sorry, I truly am. If it is in your power, I hope you may find the will someday to forgive me.

I apologize deeply for the background noise, my brother was watching T.V and I couldn't find a quiet place to record. If you would like another take I would gladly provide you with one.

Thank you for auditioning! The background noise was an obvious issue, but you stated that, so I can understand where you're coming from. It's best though to create a place where you can record whenever, and so you don't have to move around your setup constantly. Just a recommendation for future reference and better ease of access. Your emotion was lacking in the lines, and you sounded almost timid to put power behind your voice. Placing more genuine despair/anxiety in your voice will definitely improve your emotion, and by strengthening your voice/confidence in general. Thank you again.

It's no problem at all. I will make try to make myself better as an actor and audition again when the time comes. Thank you for listening to my current audition.
