Everybody's favorite art teacher, Kazumi Mishima. While remaining one of the best voices of reason within the cast, he has also acquired a really bad habit in this version of events, one that is instantly noticed in his normal tone of voice: he is constantly high as a kite. Fortunately, his personality remains fairly unchanged, but it'll be somewhat difficult to take him seriously when he sounds baked all the time.
