Phil is an interesting character. A fallen-from-grace rich boy who will now face the rest of his life behind bars. He always wanted to be a chef, so in a way he ended up getting his wish! Running the kitchen is a tough job, meaning he doesn't get as much time to socialize with his fellow inmates. He is often tired, and as a result has a crabby attitude. Etan loves to play on this part of his personality, making sure he grinds Phil's gears as much as he can. Phil would never say aloud, but he actually likes it.

Accent: Open to different accents and dialects. Voice must be clear, and somewhat ‘Posh’ sounding with a slight edge.
