Kombucha is the late father of Cayenne and husband of Pepper. He was a kind and strong man who was more than excited to become a father. Worry for his people got the better of him, and his poking nose soon landed him in some hot water.
Before his death, Kombucha was a very noble and proud man with a big heart and goofy personality. His main worries aside from his family were for the citizens of the Valley and the life it sustained. He was excited and happy to meet his son before he was met with his unfortunate demise.
[jovial, determined] My wife might not have much fur, and she may be a bit smaller than us Fetas, but she's got the biggest heart -- and now the biggest BELLY -- ever! And I'm going to provide for both of them. I love my lady and unborn baby. Pepper and Cayenne won't ever worry while Papa's here. and Papa's gonna provide!
[admiration] I never knew you were so charismatic, Leo! Teach me your ways so I can impress Pepper! She's so refined and small, I'm so aloof and big. How can I make her feel appreciated? [listening to Leo] ...oh? Just tell her how I feel? That makes sense! But I'd want to show it somehow... OH! I know! Pepper is a rare woman in that she knows how to swim, right? [Leo nods his head] ...Great! I'll get her attention by taking her to the water! [Leo shows some form of concern for Kombucha, as he cannot swim, Leo asks "what if you fall in?"] ..."What if i fall in?" Well...I wouldn't mind her coming to my aid!
