Choke is an orc mobster who acts as an enforcer who collects protection money from the locals. He as a thick Italian mobster sound to him. 

Cutthroat is Chokes older twin brother and current leader of the crime family. Cutthroat is more diplomatic than his brother, but can be far more violent when provoked.

    You know what we's gonna do to your little inn if you don't pay up Ms. Starlight?
