It's the first session and he's not sure about opening up. He's thought about his problems for a long time but it's the same time he's put it out there and he struggles to find words.

  • So, uh, I’m here because I have these recurring nightmares. It’s constant. As soon as I put my head on the pillow, I find myself in the same dream.

  • No.. n..no, I'm being hunted. I'm being hunted by monsters. And it's always, it's always very stressful like, they're everywhere and I have to run and hide and it's like I'm in a forest ad they're coming from all sides and I jump in the trees and then down from the trees and they follow me into the trees....It's a ...uh.. (finishes uncertainly)
