Antagonist

The Monarch is the egotistical leader of the supervillain group Legion VIII. He dons a king-like outfit, even if he is not deserving of such qualities. He often isn't involved in the group's operations, but sets them up and watches from afar.

His voice is posh yet very "punchable". Play into the fact that the audience is meant to hate him.

First appears in Episode 1. Appears throughout, but Becomes a focus in Episode 12.

  • (Proud) "I am the Monarch, the great leader of Legion VIII. Bow before me!"

  • (Irritated) "How DARE you defy me, your rightful king!"
