Freddy Fazbear is the lead singer in Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Freddy has this sort of way of being a leader or "commander" of the group, since he takes this center of the stage. He should have a deep voice, while sounding commanding, friendly, and inviting. He must not have a glitchy filter because he isn't broken down.
